4 – Carbon Ingot

Gryttirsand

In the southwest of Stavanger'due south island is another restricted area called Gryttirsand ("sandy pots"?). Climb into the tower in the middle of the outpost. Smash (or shoot) through the trapdoor, and and so use the ladder to drop to the lesser. Collect the Book of Cognition to pick upwardly the Thorn of Slumber ability.

Nottfall

21 – Power (Throwing Axe Fury)
